As of 1 January 2021, changes regarding the modernisation of the INTRASTAT system in the Republic of Croatia will take effect. For companies, it means the following:

1. Introduction of two new mandatory fields for the trade flow DISPATCHES

• Partner VAT ID number
• Country or origin

Note: In Intrastat forms, for the trade flow ARRIVALS, the field „Country of origin“ remains mandatory, while the field „Partner VAT ID number “ remains blank!

2. Elimination of the field „Statistical value“ for BOTH trade flows

As of 1 January 2021, data on the statistical value will not be collected neither for ARRIVALS nor for DISPATCHES.
