THE ROLE OF THE AUDIT MANAGER:
- Audit and review of financial statements for clients from different industries,
- Special-purpose audits (EU project audits, merger/acquisition/division audits, establishment and increase of share capital audits, audits of nonprofit organizations, etc.),
- Independence in work,
- Audit planning, risk identification, and audit procedure planning,
- Leading the audit team, controlling and reviewing work papers,
- Preparation of financial statements,
- Continuous professional education,
- Professional communication with clients and adherence to deadlines,
- Providing high-quality work and applying procedures and professional standards,
- Diligent and up-to-date documentation of work,
- Participation in the further development of the audit department,
- Other tasks in the field of auditing, taxation, consulting, and accounting,
- The work involves travel and field visits to client locations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education in economics, finance, and/or accounting,
- Minimum of three years of similar work experience in auditing,
- Communicative personality with excellent communication, presentation, organizational skills, and self-initiative,
- High level of personal integrity, and systematic and analytical thinking,
- Willingness to learn continuously and work as a team in a dynamic environment,
- Knowledge of IFRS/HAS, ISAs, accounting, and tax regulations,
- Active use of the English language in speech and writing,
- Proficiency in working with computers (audit tools, Microsoft Office).
