Notice On Deadline For Reporting 2021 Corporate Income Tax Return

Taxpayers who compile corporate income tax return for the year 2021 are obliged to submit it to the Croatian Tax Administration after the end of the year, no later than April 30, 2022.

The above-mentioned deadline does not apply to taxpayers for whom the Tax Administration has issued a decision according to which the tax period is not a calendar year.

According to the information received from the Tax Administration, the due date for the payment of corporate income tax liability has also changed and now is identical to the day of submission of the PD form, i.e., until April 30, 2022.
